At A February Frolicking of Fools, the lunch offering of soups as part of site fee will be as follows:

 

  1. Moroccan Butternut squash soup (GF)

Ingredients:

  • coconut oil
  • diced onions
  • diced carrots
  • cubed butternut squash
  • Salt
  • ginger
  • ground coriander
  • Minced garlic
  • ground cumin
  • Cinnamon
  • Cayenne
  • chicken broth
  • Orange juice

**This can be made vegetarian if indicated by January 24th.

Ingredients:

  • chicken
  • ginger
  • lentils
  • rice
  • almonds
  • honey
  • onions
  • garlic
  • carrots
  • chicken broth
  • …and other possible spices.
