If you have an item, article, photo, etc., belonging to you, and you wish it to appear on the website or in the Chronicle, please complete the appropriate release form. To find the forms, go to your profile and click on your profile name in the upper right corner of the screen. Once in your profile, click on the square icon (second from the top) to the left of your screen. Scroll down to “User Tools” and click on “Submit Release Form”. Click on “New Record”, fill out the form that comes up and submit it. Contact the Webminister if you have questions.
If a photo of yourself or your minor child appears on these pages and you would like it removed, please contact the Webminister and it will be removed.
