Beginning Blackwork Class (Free) – Baroness Clare

  • An introduction to Elizabethan Blackwork, and will involve making a small Needle Book.
  • Please bring your own Scissors
  • Class Limit of 6 people

Drop Spindle Making Class ($5) – Mistress Ainesleah

  • Please pre-register for the class so there will be enough kits to go around

Basic Nalbinding class (Free) – Asta (Nat)

  • Come learn the basics of medieval nalbinding, which is an ancient yarn technique. We will learn how to thread the needle, start a row, make a circular loop and how to finish the stitch.
  • We will focus on the Finnish 2+2 stitch and create fingerless gloves or a neck warmer.
  • Bring along your nalbinding needles and 1 skein of wool yarn of your choosing (approx 180 – 200 yards), or acrylic yarn if you are sensitive to wool.
  • I will have extra nalbinding needles to borrow for the class and they will be for sale if you would like to continue at home. There will be a maximum of 7 people for this class.

There will be games during day
